ATTENTION: On Dec. 10th part of the foundation of the Walnut Cove store collapsed causing the store to be unsafe at this time.

Wednesday, December 10: We are working closely with the landlord to make the necessary repairs to have the store back up and running as quickly as possible. Our first priority is the safety of our customers and employees. At this time there is not enough information available to determine how long the store will be closed. Our landlord has acted quickly by immediately calling in a contractor. He will be meeting with more experts in the next couple days to decide the best plan of action to proceed in a timely fashion.

We will be adding updates to this website to keep our vendors and customers informed as the details come in to us. Tim, Kathy, and the landlord Ted Southern are committed to opening as soon as possible. We would like to thank all those who have offered help, support, and prayers during this time. We feel with the Lords help and working as a team with our vendors we will make it through this and will continue to be a strong thriving business.

December 21, 2008: There has been significant progress made by our landlord in the last few days. The basement floor has been stabilized by having cribbing built up under it. This had to be done to do the repairs from the basement. All of the debris has been removed from the collapsed wall. The actual repair construction will begin on Monday the 22nd. At this point the estimated time is 3-6 weeks.
